Terms & Conditions

Deliveries: Orders will be dispatched within three working days of receipt of payment. If your order is urgent please email and everything will be done to ensure you receive it more quickly. Orders are sent using Royal Mail, usually First Class. Please note: if the item is made to order it will take the time specified in the item description. If any delays are expected on deliveries, customers will be informed immediately. 

Shipping: UK shipping is fulfilled by Royal Mail. However, if you live within Hackney E5, E8 or E9, delivery is in person, by bike and free of charge! Alternatively, you can collect from Worshipful HQ - this is an option at check out.

EU deliveries: due to the myriad problems caused by Brexit, The Worshipful is not currently offering delivery within the EU, as it is wildly expensive. However some cases may be considered - please email to discuss.

Products: Every effort is made to ensure that colour, shape and size is represented as realistically as possible and measurements are given where appropriate. Many goods are made by hand, which means each piece is completely unique. If you have any questions about an individual item before ordering, please don’t hesitate to ask by email. Vintage pieces are photographed as clearly and accurately as possible, however if you have any questions, please ask before ordering. More photos can be provided, if required.

Returns: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within fourteen working days of delivery for a refund, apart from made to order and vintage pieces, on which the sale is final.

Exchange or credit will not be offered on goods returned after 14 days. All refunds will be credited back to the same payment method as the original purchase. The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the goods and safe passage back to The Worshipful. The Worshipful cannot accept liability for goods that have been damaged or lost in transit. Please use the correct tracking and insurance methods when returning your goods. 

Alternatively, returns can be delivered by hand, by prior arrangement. Goods should be returned to Amy at The Worshipful Ltd, 74 Fletching Road, London E5 9QR.

Faulty, missing or damaged goods: A replacement or refund will be offered where goods are faulty or damaged. Please get in touch within 24 hours of the receiving the goods by emailing with your order number and a brief explanation of the problem.  

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order please email as soon as possible, as orders are usually processed quite quickly. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it to us in accordance with our returns policy (see above). The cost of shipping will not be refunded, in this instance.

Our eco policy: We take our responsibility to the planet very seriously. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at The Worshipful. All paper packaging is recycled and recyclable. Some packaging, such bubble wrap, may be re-used. Please do try to use all packaging again, where possible.
